The following are free, online resources that you might want to play with and think about using in your classroom. If you were in one of the sessions I presented on free internet tools at the Christa McAuliffe, NELMS or SAU53 conferences and wanted more information, you are in the right place.
Will you be able to use all of these resources in your classroom?
Probably not.
Not every tool is useful for every situation. Your best bet for getting a particular concept across may be finger puppets or origami or your whiteboard and a good story. All I can say about these tools are that they are ones I've used with some success in my own classroom and which seem to have a lot of cross-over potential for other classrooms.
(On the other hand, they ARE pretty cool.)
